QUANTUM MIND-BODY  TRAINING

Module 2
The 5 Quantum Energy Principles for Life Coaching & Active Listening

Part One introduces The 5 Quantum Energy Principles for Life Coaching, which form a key foundation of the QMBT methodology, and deepens students’ practical skill in Active Listening as it relates to leading transformational sessions.

Students learn how the training approaches change through a quantum lens – building a clearer understanding of how this work frames perception, identity, and lasting transformation. Alongside this, students strengthen their ability to listen with presence and precision, tracking what is being communicated beneath the surface while staying engaged and attuned.

Part Two includes live Q&A to support understanding, integration, and early application of the principles and listening skills introduced in this session.

Module 3
Energy Communication & The 9 Frequencies of Communication

Part One introduces students to The 9 Frequencies of Communication as a practitioner-based framework – a way of identifying what a client needs most in each moment and intentionally bringing forward the frequency that creates safety, clarity, momentum, or integration as required. This module develops discernment, attunement, and precision so students don’t default to one “style” of coaching, but learn to meet the client in real time with the right energetic tone and leadership.

Part Two is dedicated to live application and Q&A. Students receive practical guidance on how to begin working with the frequencies immediately – in sessions and in everyday life – including how to stay fully present while listening, how to take notes without breaking attunement, and how to practice embodying different frequencies with intention.

Module 4
Ethical Influence & The 6-Step Framework for Rewriting Negative Stories

Part One begins by clarifying the distinction between manipulation and ethical influence and persuasion, establishing the responsibility of the practitioner when guiding perspective shifts. Students learn how to lead change with integrity – influencing without coercion and maintaining consent, clarity, and alignment within transformational work.

The training then moves into the role of personal narrative in shaping identity, emotional patterns, and behavior. Students explore how negative stories form, how they reinforce subconscious programming, and how they sustain repeating cycles in a client’s life.

Part Two introduces the 6-Step Framework for Rewriting Negative Stories, providing a structured method for helping clients identify outdated narratives, shift them intentionally, and integrate a new story in a grounded, embodied way. The module concludes with live Q&A to support application and integration in real client sessions.

Module 5
Shifting into Spherical Reality & Holding Space Beyond Linear Thinking

Part One guides students through the transition from linear, cause-and-effect perception into spherical awareness. Students examine how linear reality reinforces delay, separation, and conditional thinking, and how spherical reality reframes time, interconnectedness, and access to potential.

Key aspects of spherical perception are explored, including present-time awareness, the interconnectedness of all things, immediate access to possibility, and moving beyond effort-based manifestation. Students learn how these distinctions alter both personal experience and the way transformational work is facilitated.

Through applied examples and guided exercises, students practice recognizing when they – or their clients – are operating from linear perception and how to shift into spherical awareness in real time.

Part Two includes experiential integration and live Q&A, with specific guidance on how to hold space for clients within spherical reality while maintaining grounded leadership in session.

Module 6
In-Depth Spherical Reality & Moving from Left Brain to Right Brain

Part One deepens the application of spherical reality by examining the cognitive shift from left-brain dominance into right-brain awareness. Students explore how analytical, linear processing differs from intuitive, integrative perception, and how this neurological framing supports the transition into spherical living.

The training clarifies how left-brain orientation reinforces structure, sequencing, and cause-and-effect thinking, while right-brain awareness opens access to pattern recognition, interconnectedness, and holistic perception. Students learn how to intentionally move between these modes – strengthening flexibility rather than abandoning structure.

Part Two includes live Q&A to support integration and practical application of this shift in both personal awareness and client sessions.

Module 7
Introduction to Bioenergetics & Receiving Answers in the Body

Part One introduces students to bioenergetic awareness as a direct way of accessing insight through the body rather than through analysis alone. Building on spherical reality, students explore how presence shifts perception from cause-and-effect thinking into real-time creation from embodied awareness.

Through guided exercises, students practice tuning into physical sensation as a source of information, learning how the body communicates clarity, resistance, alignment, and truth. The training emphasizes how moving out of purely cognitive processing allows deeper transformation to occur.

Applied examples demonstrate how to support clients in shifting from linear perception into spherical awareness within session, and how to guide clients back into their own embodied knowing rather than problem-solving from the mind.

Part Two includes further integration and live Q&A to support confident application in practitioner work.

Module 8
Ancestral Genetic and Energetic Imprints in the Body

Part One explores how emotions are stored in the body and how ancestral, genetic, and energetic imprints influence present-day patterns. Students examine how emotional states become embedded physiologically and how inherited trauma can shape identity, perception, and behavior across generations.

The training clarifies the relationship between emotional states and cellular memory, helping students recognize how unresolved experiences – both personal and ancestral – can manifest physically and energetically.

Students are introduced to practical ways of identifying emotional states in clients and understanding how those states are reflected in the body. Emphasis is placed on discernment, assessment, and responsible facilitation rather than assumption.

Part Two includes Q&A and applied guidance on assessing emotional states in session and supporting clients through embodied awareness of stored patterns.

Module 9
Advanced Perception, Bilocation, & Healing Techniques

Part One trains practitioners to work with perception at a higher level of precision – staying anchored in their own energy while tracking what is happening in the client’s field in real time.

Students are introduced to bilocation as a conscious practitioner skill: the ability to remain centered in your own “sphere” while intentionally directing awareness into another person’s experience to understand their frequency. Unlike unintentional merging or absorbing, bilocation is clean, intentional, and non-entangling — allowing the practitioner to perceive what is present without taking it on or losing their own grounded leadership.

Part Two focuses on healing techniques that can be used with yourself and with clients, including methods for working with words and interpretation so the practitioner can support transformation without reinforcing the client’s linear loop.

Module 10
Flow and Self-Hypnosis in Healing Practice

Part One centers on the lived experience of flow and how practitioners can guide themselves and clients into present-moment awareness as a gateway to healing. Building on spherical perception, students explore how flow states dissolve rigid cause-and-effect thinking and open access to deeper responsiveness, intuition, and embodied alignment.

Part One revisits spherical reality through a practical lens, clarifying what is real versus what is perceptual illusion, and examining how the body is designed to move toward pleasure and away from pain. Students are introduced to the concept of energetic authority and how clearing energetic attachments supports clean practitioner leadership.

Part Two focuses on hypnosis and self-hypnosis as structured methods for accessing altered states intentionally. Students learn the foundations of therapeutic hypnosis, the history behind the modality, and a step-by-step framework for guiding self-hypnosis. Emphasis is placed on ethical facilitation, integration, and practical application within client work.

Module 11
Awakening Leadership, Boundaries, and Applied Hypnosis

Part One calls practitioners into embodied leadership. Using the teaching of frog medicine as metaphor, students explore what it means to be a bridge – holding space between worlds while remaining grounded, clear, and environmentally clean. Emphasis is placed on bold voice, discernment, and recognizing the environments – mental, emotional, relational, and physical – that either support or compromise practitioner integrity.

Part One addresses boundaries within client sessions, including how to maintain authority without dominance, compassion without entanglement, and clarity without absorbing client projections. Hypnosis is discussed in the context of ethical use, practitioner responsibility, and energetic leadership.

Part Two moves into practical application through guided hypnosis scripts. Students are given structured examples – including business activation and mindful eating – along with post-session integration conversations. The focus is not just on inducing trance, but on facilitating transformation safely, cleanly, and within scope.

Bonus Q&A
Sexual Energy, Discernment, and Authentic Leadership

This Bonus Q&A explores the role of sexual energy as creative life force and how its distortion – through pornography, performance pressure, and hyper-consumptive online culture – depletes vitality, clarity, and sovereignty. Discussion includes erectile dysfunction, the psychological and neurological effects of porn consumption, and the hidden shame cycles many couples avoid addressing openly.

The conversation expands into the energetic mechanics of modern content culture – including how certain “money” or influence-based platforms hook audiences through stimulation without substance. Students are invited to examine consumption patterns, energetic entanglement, and the difference between being a creator versus being consumed.

From there, the focus turns to practitioner leadership. Messaging must emerge from lived integration, not regurgitation. Students are guided to develop their authentic voice – speaking to pain with clarity and integrity – so clients are drawn not by performance, but by resonance.

Hypnosis is revisited as a practical tool for releasing addictive patterns, including pornography, and for supporting clients in reclaiming agency over their energy and attention.

Module 12
The Energetics of Collapse – Mastering Quantum Deletion, Field Recalibration & Timeline Sovereignty

When a pattern repeats that you do not love, you can delete the program running it – instantly. In Part One, practitioners learn how to recognize when that “repeat loop” is showing up in their own field or in a client’s life – and how to guide a clean collapse and recalibration without reinforcing the old identity that created it.

Part One breaks down the framework behind quantum deletion, field recalibration, and timeline sovereignty. Emphasis is placed on practitioner authority – understanding when to intervene, when to allow collapse, and how to support clients through energetic restructuring with precision and integrity.

Part Two moves into the applied guided process. Students are led through a structured quantum deletion and recalibration experience designed to restore coherence and re-anchor sovereignty at the timeline level. A post-process integration conversation and Q&A clarifies discernment, responsibility, and how to apply this method confidently in both personal and client work.

Module 13
The Energetics of Collapse – Mastering Quantum Deletion, Field Recalibration & Timeline Sovereignty

Part One builds directly on the Quantum Deletion work. Part One begins with Q&A addressing what can surface after a collapse and recalibration process – including emotional releases, physical sensations, and shifts in perception. Students learn how to normalize and interpret these experiences without reactivating the old program.

Part Two introduces the quantum language of the body through metaphysical anatomy and mind-body intelligence. Students explore The Four Energetic Anatomy Layers – physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual – and how patterns move through each layer of the field.

A structured Body Scan Protocol teaches practitioners how to question and access information directly from the body. Emphasis is placed on listening rather than projecting, tracking rather than diagnosing, and helping clients decode their own field with clarity and precision.

Module 14
The Elemental Process and Practitioner Discernment

Part One opens with live Q&A focused on practitioner mastery – including how to receive clear answers in your body, how to set clean boundaries, and how to discern the state a client is arriving in so you can choose the right tools and level of support. The conversation grounds the QMBT lessons in real-world application and what it looks like to master them in session.

The core teaching introduces The Elemental Process as a structured energetic method for recalibration. Students are guided through opening the energy space, bringing attention to our entanglement with nature through the seven elements, and moving step by step through the energetic process for each element.

Part Two moves into The Elemental Process Guided Meditation, followed by post-process integration and additional Q&A to clarify how to apply the process cleanly for your own work and with clients.

Module 5

Module 15
Reclaiming Your Authority – Clearing Energetic Imprints

Part One opens with Q&A addressing questions about The Elemental Process and how to work with it in practice. Discussion includes energetic imprints you are born with based on unique factors, how these imprints influence identity and experience, and how to use QMBT tools to clear what is no longer aligned.

From there, the core teaching introduces the Reclaiming Your Authority Process. Students are guided through the framework and then through the step-by-step application of the process, designed to identify distortions in authority, dissolve inherited or conditioned imprints, and restore personal sovereignty.

Part Two walks students through the Reclaiming Your Authority Process experientially, followed by integration and additional Q&A to clarify how to apply this work with discernment in client sessions.

BUSINESS TRAINING

Module 16
Ready to Launch – Your Quantum Therapist Toolkit & Client Intake Framework

Module 17
Niches, Dedication, & Taking Action

This module focuses on translating mastery into momentum. Students explore niche clarity in depth, including eight distinct niche types and how to identify the one that aligns with your lived experience, strengths, and long-term vision.

Q&A addresses motivation, discipline, and the realities of building a practice – emphasizing dedication, consistency, and taking aligned action rather than waiting for certainty.

The teaching then moves into market positioning and business foundations, guiding students through defining their vision and values, clarifying their offer structure, and committing to the practical steps required to launch and sustain a practice.

This module reinforces that embodiment is not passive – it requires focus, ownership, and action.

Module 18
The Simple Business Framework From
A to Z

This module opens with Tiger Medicine – a teaching on power, courage, strength, and willpower – supporting students to trust themselves as they prepare to launch, expand, and lead.

From there, the training lays out a simple, practical business framework from A to Z: entrepreneurship fundamentals, knowing your worth and charging accordingly, and the core systems required to run a real practice – website, email, course delivery platform, payment system, and name.

A standout element of this module is Liana sharing an entire high-level business plan from one of her private mentorship students – a plan created inside a six-figure investment container. QMBT students get to see the full structure: how the offer ecosystem is built, how messaging and positioning are organized, what components make it scalable, and how the path to consistent revenue is mapped.

The module concludes with extended Q&A, addressing visibility, execution, and the practical realities of stepping into the marketplace as a practitioner.
