I’m Liana Shanti, Founder of HMI Wellness®

Aloha, and welcome. I am so happy you are here. I’m Liana, a wife, mom of 2, mentor and guide to women all over the world, and a self-made multi-millionaire who began my journey in online wellness education in 2012, with an iPhone, a Facebook page with zero followers, and a red, white, and blue smoothie that you see in the photo.

No audience.
No brand.
No safety net.

Just a woman who knew, with unshakable certainty, that she was here to build something that
would change lives.


There’s a version of my story that begins with credentials, the kind that look polished on paper:

But HMI Wellness was not born from a résumé. It was born from an initiation.

My true lifepath cracked open on September 11th, 2001 and then widened a month later with the birth of my daughter. In the aftermath of 9/11, the illusion of safety, status, and control didn’t just wobble, it shattered. And in the silence that followed, I began to hear the voice of my soul, clear, insistent, and impossible to unhear. Jesus was showing me - in a BIG way - that it was time to let go of everything I thought I was, and step into who HE made me to be.

Not long after, I left Wall Street behind and followed that voice 6,000 miles across the ocean to Hawaii, the place my spirit recognized as home.

I was a brand-new mother. I was moving through divorce. I was stepping into the unknown without guarantees, without a map, and without the identity I had become so accustomed to. What came next was not a “reinvention.” It was a decade-long rebirth, made of deep spiritual initiation, energy mastery, cellular healing, and the slow, sacred journey of remembering who I actually was.

During those years, I built a seven-year career in sales and became the top salesperson in my industry worldwide. That season trained me in human behavior, identity, belief architecture, leadership under pressure, and the exact mechanics of transformation. In that same chapter, I gave birth to my son, anchoring my purpose even deeper.

Then, in 2011, I experienced my second major initiation event, which would be the one that made it undeniable: it was time to stop circling my calling and step fully onto it.

For more than fourteen years since then,  I have guided tens of thousands of women across the world through whole-life transformation in health, wealth, relationships, and motherhood. My work is built on a rare synthesis of nutrition science, quantum energetics, psychology and neuroplasticity, nervous system regulation, universal spiritual law, lineage healing, and intuitive precision, because real change is cellular, emotional, neurological, and energetic. 

Today, my students call me the "Queen of Dream Life Creation" and I’m known for helping women collapse outdated versions of themselves and activate new timelines with surgical clarity. 

HMI Wellness exists because I refused to accept “normal” as a ceiling, and because I’ve spent my life learning how to help you become the version of yourself that already exists, waiting on the other side of fear, conditioning, and old stories. ✨
