Candida, Weight Gain and Adrenal Fatigue

Do you or someone you know suffer from the effects of candida? Having lived through the nightmare of candida for years, after antibiotics taken for Lyme disease, I can tell you that candida can wreak havoc on so many areas of your life. Unfortunately, most people suffer for years in silence without ever knowing they are harboring an overgrowth of candida.

I was able to fully recover from this health-sabotaging condition that can cause everything from sugar cravings to low energy to acne to hair loss to digestive distress to insomnia to leaky gut to low libido and so much more. It IS at the root cause of so may of today's so-called mystery illnesses. I healed my candida well over a decade ago and it has NEVER returned, not even in the slightest. I am going to be doing a continued series on healing candida, as there have been many inquiries on this through the Heal Candida Now program.

There are some KEY things you need to know about candida:

WEIGHT GAIN AND DIFFICULTY LOSING WEIGHT

Candida robs your body of Vitamin B1 and B1 is essential to getting insulin into our cells properly. A lack of B1 contributes to insulin resistance. And insulin resistance leads to belly fat which is near impossible to lose when your digestive tract is missing B1 due to the candida taking it.

CANDIDA AND ADRENAL FATIGUE

Candida causes overgrowth of harmful bacteria in the small intestine which contributes to adrenal farigue. D lactic acid forms from these overgrowths and is EXTREMELY hard on the kidneys and adrenals and can contribute to the development of adrenal fatigue. Bacterial overgrowths also cause adrenal stress because they are a foreign invader in the body, which causes the release of cortisol. YES! A candida overgrowth in your body will lead to excess cortisol production. This stress reaction leads to adrenal fatigue.
