Infertility, Hysterectomy, Fibroids: What You Need to Know

Infertility, Hysterectomy, Fibroids? If you are a woman, or love one, read this.

Many American women in their 20s and 30s have monthly cycles in which they don’t ovulate. According to fertility experts, women having cycles where an egg is not released from the ovary is becoming a widespread phenomenon never before seen in human evolution.

I recently saw a cover of a magazine saying that a well known reality star is unable to get pregnant because she is having her monthly cycle, but not ovulating. I have met countless women in these situations. It is becoming more and more common.

This particular person has taken to drastic measures and is going to the fertility doctor to be injected with multitudes of chemical hormones and other medications. There was another reality tv personality not too long ago who did the same thing. It didn't work for her. She ended up with breast cancer, and then a double mastectomy. A terribly unfortunate side effect of radically altering your natural hormone rhythms.

I'm sure most of us have noticed more and more people having to see fertility doctors. I had many friends during both of my pregnancies who would say "wow, you are so lucky, no problems getting pregnant." I always thought that was kind of an interesting state of affairs that people see that as luck rather than good health. That is not to say that some people truly do not have legitimate biological issues. But when we are seeing the large numbers of young women having trouble getting pregnant, it is a sign of more serious issues in our overall health.

A monthly cycle without ovulation is caused by two main factors: biochemical imbalance from xenoestrogens (estrogen mimickers) and stress.

Xenoestrogens in our estrogen dominant environment from:

  • fat soluble hormones in meat

  • PCBs (polychlorinated biphenyls)

  • foaming agents in soap and detergents

  • cosmetics

  • pesticides, herbicides

  • plastics

  • birth control pills

Stress causes biochemical imbalance by overtaxing the adrenals, which then rob progesterone to make more adrenal hormones, which further promotes estrogen dominance. Coffee and soft drinks contribute to this stress cycle.

Another downside besides infertility? Menstruating without ovulating causes overstimulation of the endometrial lining, which eventually leads to the formation of irregular lumps of connective tissue we call "fibroids".

Then guess what. Women are told they are “pre-cancerous”, and are often convinced into having a hysterectomy.

Between 600 thousand and one million hysterectomies are performed on American women each year! According to Dr. Stanley West, 90% of them unnecessary! I highly recommend Dr. West's Book "The Hysterectomy Hoax" for more gripping details about that issue.

Be aware for your health and the health of the women you love. People truly sometimes don't realize the power that is within all of us to live a healthy, vibrant happy life without needing all of these radical and extreme treatments.
