Easy Strawberry Blackberry Raw Crumble

BERRY FILLING:

  • 1 cup blackberries

  • 1 cup strawberries

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • pinch of salt

  • 1 tsp. lemon juice

  • 1 tsp. pure vanilla or 1 vanilla bean

Pulse in a food processor until desired consistency

TOPPING:

  • 1/4 c pecans

  • 1/4 cup gluten free oats

  • 1/4 c walnuts

  • pinch of salt

  • 2 dates (soak for about 30 minutes before using to make it smoother)

Mix in food processor until combined and crumbly

Put blackberry filling in a bowl, sprinkle with crumb topping, and serve!
