Super Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS:

• 1 cup blueberries

• 1 very ripe large frozen banana

• 1 cup frozen mango chunks

• 1 handful kale

• 1 tablespoon spirulina

• 2 teaspoon tocotrienols

• 1/2 cup brazil nut milk

Blend everything together, and top with black sesame seeds, ground flax, and melted coconut butter. MMMMMM and WOWWWW!
