Acai Pineapple Dream Boat

This is for my acai-bowl loving people. I’m pretty obsessed with the beauty of acai bowls in all of their nutrient dense tastiness! There are endless varieties of these bowls of goodness, and you can change them up all the time. To me it’s a little bit like unwrapping a new present with every bite.

Healthy, whole, raw food is so delicious and exciting, we have to share this feeling of eating the rainbow with everyone we know, and help people release themselves from the grip of addictions to toxic foods. Look better, feel better and enjoy all that nature has to offer us!

Here’s the recipe for this Pineapple Dream Boat:

  • 1/2 pineapple

  • 2 packets frozen acai

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 1 tbsp Vitamineral Green

  • 1 tbsp Maca

Blend until smooth. Scoop into a hollowed out pineapple half and top with shredded coconut, chopped pistachios, juicy goji berries and activated super seed mix.* Enjoy!

In my superseed mix, I used 1 tbsp chia, 1 tbsp hemp, almonds and then soaked them overnight in fresh coconut water so they would be activated and ready for easy digestion!
