Hi, I’m Liana Shanti
I’m a former Wall Street attorney with a Masters in Psychology who left a seven-figure career to build what became HMI Wellness® – a coaching certification school with students in over 90 countries.
I started with an iPhone and a Facebook account on July 4th, 2012 – what I call Freedom Day. My first launch was a 6-figure success. Today I run three membership communities, a 5-star rated app, and multiple multi-million dollar businesses. As of 2026, I haven’t run a single paid ad.
I wrote this Rescue Guide because I was tired of watching brilliant, caring women invest thousands in coaching certifications and then blame themselves when they couldn’t fill a practice.
